Rather than jumping into a description of the program your organization is dedicated to continuing and even expanding, begin by being clear about what payoffs you propose for those involved in such a program. The transition is from clarity about the unfinished business/remaining challenges among your folks just described in the preceding section to equal clarity about the resolution of these difficulties in this section. In other words, the definition of success among your participants precedes the description of the program you intend to mount to bring about such success.
